Job Responsibility:
support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance
assist managers and employees with HR policies, procedures, and best practices
coordinate recruitment efforts, interviews, and new hire paperwork
maintain accurate employee records and handle confidential information with discretion
partner with leadership to support employee engagement and performance initiatives
Requirements:
2+ years of HR experience preferred
strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
reliable, proactive, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally
