Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting drafting to interviews
  • Coordinate the onboarding and orientation process for new hires
  • Act as a trusted contact and advisor for managers and employees
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events
  • Provide payroll support by preparing and verifying hours using ADP Workforce Now
  • Handle administrative management (employment contracts, group insurance)
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up on CNESST and occupational health and safety files
  • Conduct exit interviews and participate in various HR projects (pay equity, social activities)

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Advisor role
  • Practical experience with the ADP Workforce Now payroll system (an asset)
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector (an asset)
  • Advanced proficiency in English for communicating with your international colleagues
  • On-site position in Laval
