The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, training, compliance, and performance management. This role serves as a key resource for employees and management, helping to ensure a positive workplace culture while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related questions
