The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, training, compliance, and performance management. This role serves as a key resource for employees and management, helping to ensure a positive workplace culture while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related questions
Maintain employee records and ensure HR files are accurate and compliant
Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
