Job Description:

The TTC Associate HR Manager provides HR consulting and advice to individuals within The Toro Company’s assigned business/functional group. Partners with leaders on talent initiatives including performance reviews, succession and talent planning, employee development, conflict management and change management. Works with other HR partners to develop people-related strategies in alignment with enterprise strategic priorities with a focus on attracting, developing and retaining a high-performing and diverse team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Communicate and lead people processes for assigned teams
  • Provide advisory and consultative services to leaders on HR-related issues
  • Oversee and/or facilitate employee relations investigations
  • Leverage people data within global HCM (Workday) to provide actionable insights
  • Demonstrate and foster a high-engagement culture
  • Serve as a role model and champion a culture of inclusion
  • Assist with recruitment processes
  • Support overall onboarding and onsite employee orientation

Requirements:

  • Minimum Associate’s degree
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of HR experience required
  • Ability to be a change agent and influence teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, coach and influence
  • Knowledge of relevant human resources-related laws and regulations
  • Exceptional communication/ interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, driven and enthusiastic
  • HRIS experience preferred
  • Workday system is a plus
