The HR Generalist (m/f/d) is responsible for delivering the complete range of operative employee life cycle management from onboarding to offboarding. They will be part of the German HR Team with the focus on supporting the local manufacturing site Dassel with ca. 120 associates and will be integral part of the regional EMEA HR Service Organization.
Job Responsibility:
First point of contact for our management team, associates and works council on employee relations matters and your assigned projects
Process, check and maintain employment contracts, contract amendments and any sorts of employee related documents
Support the management team with recruiting activities and identification of the right candidates
Provide profound support with questions on labor law, HR processes and Cytiva policies
Provide HR relevant statistics and reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis together with the local HR Specialist
Requirements:
Degree in HR Management or other vocational training as HR professional
Several years of experience with 360 Degree employee Life Cycle management and administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Very good communication skills in German and English language
Literate in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Time and Attendance tools and employee management systems like Workday
Nice to have:
Knowledge about terms and conditions of tariff agreements
Experience with working in an international matrix organization
