Robert Half is partnering with a Milwaukee manufacturing organization in the recruiting for an HR Generalist to join their team supporting day-to-day human resources operations and will have the opportunity to handle a wide range of HR functions.
Job Responsibility:
Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a great candidate and employee experience
Support benefit administration, employee records management, and HRIS functions
Partner with hiring managers to post jobs, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll
Assist with compliance efforts, maintain accurate employee documentation, and process changes in the HRIS system
Facilitate or support employee engagement and wellness programs
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support performance management cycles and learning and development initiatives
Contribute to special HR projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
