We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a growing team through a contract opportunity with potential for permanent hire. This role is ideal for a human resources professional who can effectively manage recruitment, employee onboarding, and day-to-day HR coordination while maintaining a strong focus on compliance and candidate experience. Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process from initial outreach through offer stage
Oversee new hire onboarding, including employment documentation, orientation support, and completion of required paperwork
Help ensure HR practices remain aligned with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies
Support hiring efforts with a primary focus on mental health clinicians, while assisting with recruitment for additional roles as business needs require
Maintain accurate employee records and enter or update HR data within the organization’s human resources systems
Serve as a point of contact for routine employee relations questions and assist in addressing day-to-day HR concerns
Provide administrative support related to benefits and general HR operations to help create a smooth and organized employee experience
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in human resources, including recruiting and onboarding responsibilities
Hands-on experience managing full-cycle hiring processes and coordinating candidate interviews
Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices relevant to day-to-day operations
Familiarity with HR administration, employee relations, and benefits support
Experience working with HRIS platforms
exposure to Paycom is strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time, flexible schedule environment
