Our client is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support key human resources functions and help drive employee engagement, compliance, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a versatile HR professional with experience across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
Job Responsibility:
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations matters
Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes
Administer employee benefits and answer HR policy questions
Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance
Support performance management and training initiatives
Partner with managers on HR best practices and workforce needs
Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
4+ years of HR Generalist or broad HR experience
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience with onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS platforms
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
