Join our team as an HR Generalist and play a pivotal role in delivering strategic human resources support. The HR Generalist supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HR recordkeeping.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain personnel files and HR records
Support benefits administration and employee questions
Assist with compliance reporting and HR policies
Support employee relations documentation
Requirements:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
1–2 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience
Strong organizational and confidentiality skills
Nice to have:
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification
Experience using HRIS systems
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
