We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will oversee a range of human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace environment. Job Responsibility:
Manage the full HR lifecycle for a workforce of 400+ employees across multiple states
Address employee relations concerns and foster a supportive work environment
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration for new hires
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs
Handle workers' compensation claims and related processes
Drive performance management initiatives to support employee growth and organizational success
Utilize HRIS systems for efficient record-keeping and data management
Lead HR-related projects to improve processes and organizational development
Provide guidance and support on FMLA and other leave policies
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources roles
Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR administration
Proficiency in onboarding processes and benefit functions
Familiarity with HRIS systems and effective data management
Expertise in workers' compensation laws and FMLA regulations
Proven ability to manage compliance with labor laws and standards
