We are looking for an HR Generalist who wants to work across the full HR cycle and truly influence the quality and development of people processes. This role is for someone who sees HR as a strategic business partner, not just a support function. Job Responsibility:
Onboarding and Process Integration: Gain a deep understanding of the company structure, key stakeholders, internal policies, and HR/recruitment workflows. Become fully familiar with HR tools, ATS, and AI-driven solutions used in daily operations
Operational HR Management: Independently manage day-to-day HR processes and employee requests, support onboarding and adaptation of new hires, and ensure smooth employee experience across all stages of the lifecycle
End-to-End Recruitment Execution: Lead recruitment processes from briefing to offer stage, collaborating closely with hiring managers and ensuring high-quality hiring decisions, positive candidate experience, and timely vacancy closure
Stakeholder Support and Advisory: Partner with managers on HR and hiring-related matters, provide guidance on core people topics, and act as a reliable point of contact for employees
Process Improvement and AI Adoption: Identify opportunities to improve HR and recruitment workflows, enhance efficiency through AI tools, and contribute to building scalable people processes
Results Expectation: Operate independently within three months, successfully close multiple vacancies, and establish credibility as a trusted HR partner across the organization
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in HR/Recruiting
Independent management of HR operations
People management and employee relations
Performance management (performance reviews and HR meetings)
HR analytics and reporting
Development planning and employee growth support
HR consulting for managers and employees
HR tech usage and basic AI application in HR processes
Full-cycle recruiting (from job briefing to offer stage)
Technical sourcing and multi-channel candidate search
Candidate screening and interviewing
ATS management, candidate tracking, and reporting
Stakeholder management (hiring managers and clients)
Use of recruitment tech and AI tools
Pipeline management, prioritization, and deadline control
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
Fluent Ukrainian level
