We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Rochester, New York. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, ensuring smooth operations and effective support for employees.
Job Responsibility:
Manage all aspects of employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace environment
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated successfully and efficiently into the organization
Administer employee benefits programs, providing guidance and support as needed
Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and generate reports
Coordinate corporate recruiting initiatives, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts to meet staffing needs across various departments
Provide administrative support for core HR functions, including compliance and policy implementation
Collaborate with management to develop and improve HR processes and strategies
Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations in all HR activities
Support employee development initiatives through training and performance management
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources roles, including employee relations and HR administration
Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and employee benefits programs
Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools for managing employee data
Demonstrated expertise in corporate recruiting and full-cycle recruitment
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management
Ability to manage multiple HR tasks with attention to detail and organizational efficiency
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
