Oversee daily HR operations and serve as a key resource for employees and leadership on human resources matters throughout the assignment
Manage benefits administration activities, including enrollments, eligibility updates, record accuracy, and employee support related to plan participation
Coordinate the open enrollment process by organizing educational materials, communicating deadlines, and helping employees understand available benefit options
Act as the main point of contact for benefit brokers, insurance carriers, and external vendors to address questions, resolve issues, and maintain effective partnerships
Handle required benefits compliance activities, including notices, election tracking, regulatory reporting support, and invoice reconciliation in coordination with finance
Support hiring efforts from job posting through onboarding, including applicant coordination, interview scheduling, and orientation for new team members
Maintain personnel records and HR documentation to ensure completeness, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations
Partner with supervisors on employee relations, performance support, policy administration, and workplace programs related to wellness, safety, and team engagement
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist with responsibility across multiple human resources functions
Strong background in benefits administration, including open enrollment coordination and employee communication
Working knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, personnel file management, and day-to-day HR operations
Familiarity with employment law compliance and HR documentation requirements in a structured work environment
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and provide dependable support in an on-site setting
Experience with employee relations and partnership with managers on routine HR matters
Proficiency with HRIS systems and standard administrative tools used to track employee information and HR activity
