Our company is seeking a driven and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Dallas, TX. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s human resources functions, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Job Responsibility:
Administer a variety of HR programs and policies, including benefit administration, employee onboarding, and performance management
Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
Maintain and update HRIS systems with confidential employee information and support accurate recordkeeping
Advise employees and managers on company guidelines, policies, and procedures to promote a positive work environment
Assist with benefits enrollment, open enrollment processes, and ensure compliance with applicable laws
Participate in employee relations activities and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Help develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
Contribute to HR process improvements and special projects as needed
