HR Generalist

• Coordinate and oversee employee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues with attention to detail
• Administer and support benefit programs, including enrollment and inquiries
• Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee records and data
• Respond to employee inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
• Assist in managing compliance-related activities and ensure adherence to HR policies and regulations
• Provide support for payroll and compensation functions as needed
• Collaborate with team members to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently
• Support other HR initiatives and projects as they arise

• Proven experience in human resources roles, with a focus on employee relations and administration
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and the ability to maintain accurate data
• Strong understanding of onboarding processes and benefit administration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Knowledge of compliance and HR-related regulations
• Experience in a call center or similar customer service environment is a plus
• Ability to work onsite in Golden Valley, Minnesota, and commit to the contract duration
