HR Generalist

• Coordinate and manage onboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience for new hires
• Administer employee benefits, addressing inquiries and ensuring accurate enrollment processes
• Facilitate safety training programs to maintain compliance with food and safety regulations
• Support employee relations by resolving issues and fostering a positive work environment
• Utilize Paylocity to manage HR tasks, including employee records and onboarding workflows
• Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment efforts and ensure workforce needs are met
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance
• Provide bilingual support in Spanish to address employee needs effectively
• Monitor and enforce workplace safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Assist with general HR administration tasks, including documentation and reporting

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources roles, including employee relations and administration
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, with experience using Paylocity preferred
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and onboarding processes
• Ability to conduct safety training and maintain compliance with regulations
• Bilingual in Spanish, with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage HR responsibilities effectively
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Familiarity with food and safety regulated environments is a plus
