360PR+, a world-class PR agency recognized for its award-winning culture and creative work for leading brands, seeks a proactive, highly organized Human Resources Generalist to support its people operations and employee experience. This role is central to the full employee lifecycle, including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.
Job Responsibility:
Benefits Administration: Work closely with HR lead and in conjunction with insurance broker to manage annual open enrollment process
Support and manage QLE benefit changes and updates throughout the year
Coordinate with third-party administrators to process enrollments, terminations, and benefit changes
Manage benefit deductions and ensure correct setup in payroll
Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers to manage the full-cycle recruitment process
Coordinate candidate interviews and support timely communication and feedback
Support new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition and positive first impression
HR Operations: Set up and maintain accurate HRIS records for new hires, terminated employees, job changes, and compensation updates
Routine audits of employee personal paperwork and benefits, making updates when necessary
Manage performance review schedules by providing reminders and paperwork to managers in advance with follow-up as needed
Stay on top of HR and business trends to identify opportunities
Employee Engagement: Partner with HR and leadership to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
Support the coordination of employee events, recognition programs, and internal communications to strengthen connection and morale
Assist with the administration and analysis of employee engagement surveys, including tracking feedback and identifying trends and improvement opportunities
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and feedback, escalating issues as appropriate and helping to drive timely resolution
Collaborate with managers to support employee development, retention, and engagement best practices
Help promote company values and culture through onboarding, internal programming, and day-to-day employee interaction
Payroll Administration: Support semi-monthly payroll (Paylocity experience a plus)
Review and audit all benefit deductions, resolving discrepancies as necessary
Ensure 401(k) contributions, enrollments, and changes are accurately reflected in payroll
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a professional services or creative agency environment
“Type A” when it comes to organization
Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills with a customer-service mindset
Discreet, with a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
familiarity with Paylocity a plus
