We are looking for a dedicated HR-Generalist or HR- Manager to join our team in the northern suburbs. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the workforce and ensuring the smooth execution of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in employee relations, HR administration, and benefits management to foster a positive and compliant workplace environment. This is high visibility role and part of the leadership team.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with plant leadership to deliver strategic guidance on human resources policies and workforce planning
Oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, retention, and exit processes
Ensure accurate tracking of attendance, timekeeping, and preparation of payroll
Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook while staying compliant with labor and employment regulations
