Job Description:

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and adaptable HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, policy implementation, and HR operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can balance administrative responsibilities with employee support and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support day-to-day human resources operations across onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and performance management
  • Administer new hire processes, orientation, and employee documentation
  • Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR programs
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, leave tracking, and HRIS record maintenance
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, posting jobs, and assisting with hiring workflows
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure accurate, confidential recordkeeping
  • Help implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company guidelines
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and special HR projects
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of human resources experience in a generalist, coordinator, or related HR support role preferred
  • Working knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations processes
  • Experience with onboarding, benefits administration, and HR recordkeeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred
