Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR topics, including onboarding, policies, employee lifecycle questions, and HR processes
Provide administrative and operational support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation, system updates, and smooth execution
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including contracts, system entries, filing, and communication with internal stakeholders and external providers
Support talent acquisition activities, including candidate communication, interview coordination, liaison with recruitment vendors, and maintenance of recruitment documentation
Maintain accurate HR data, files, and records in HR systems (e.g. Workday / SAP), ensuring compliance with Greek labor law and internal policies
Assist with HR reporting, trackers, and basic data analysis to support compliance, audits, and decision-making
Requirements:
1–3 years of HR experience within a multinational environment
Superior time management skills
proven ability to handle sensitive data with the utmost maturity and confidentiality
A high-energy, customer-focus attitude
a team player who takes ownership, shows initiative, and possesses an innovative problem-solving spirit
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Studies
Master’s degree in Human Resources will be considered an asset
Advanced digital/IT skills (as an end user) – Ability to quickly adopt new technologies
Fluency in Greek and English (both in written & verbal)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
Good presentation, representation and influencing skills with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Nice to have:
Master’s degree in Human Resources will be considered an asset
