We are looking for a motivated HR-Generalist / HRBP to join our team Minneapolis area. This is extremely hybrid model. In this role, you will provide comprehensive human resources support to assigned member organizations while ensuring smooth service delivery across various HR functions. Job Responsibility:
Facilitate HR service delivery for designated member organizations by coordinating processes and ensuring timely support
Administer key HR programs such as performance appraisals, merit increases, employee engagement surveys, and harassment prevention training
Conduct compensation analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures
Serve as a resource for managers and employees, guiding them to appropriate HR specialists for payroll, benefits, staffing, or reporting inquiries
Advocate for employees and managers by addressing and resolving cross-functional service delivery concerns
Support onboarding procedures to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization
Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate records and reporting
Drive initiatives that promote employee relations and foster a positive work environment
Collaborate with other HR team members to streamline processes and deliver high-quality service
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR-related role
Strong background in employee relations and HR administration
Familiarity with onboarding procedures and benefit functions
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and ability to maintain accurate data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams
Ability to analyze compensation data and provide actionable insights
Knowledge of harassment prevention and employee engagement practices
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to have:
1+ year of experience in a HRBP would be ideal
