We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in managing a wide range of human resources functions while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with employees across all levels of the organization, ensuring HR practices align with business goals and employee needs.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a supportive work environment
Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated seamlessly into the organization
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, disability coverage, and wellness initiatives
Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee records and data management
Handle leave of absence requests, including FMLA and long-term disability, while ensuring compliance with policies
Facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth and career advancement
Collaborate with leadership to execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals
Conduct surveys and gather employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
Support recruitment efforts by partnering with the team to attract and retain top talent
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on generalist responsibilities
Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees across all levels, from hourly staff to executive leadership
Demonstrated expertise in HR administration, including employee relations, benefits management, and compliance
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management
Solid understanding of FMLA, leave policies, and disability programs
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all HR processes
Business acumen and the ability to make thoughtful decisions that align with company goals
Willingness to take initiative, provide solutions, and adapt to evolving workplace needs
