The HR Generalist will partner closely with leadership and employees across all levels to deliver high-quality HR support in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day support for employee relations (ER) matters, ensuring timely and professional resolution
Facilitate new hire orientation and manage end-to-end onboarding processes
Assist with HR policy administration, interpretation, and communication
Support and drive employee engagement initiatives and programs
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and procedures
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation with a high level of attention to detail
Partner with managers and employees across all levels to provide HR guidance and support
Requirements:
3+ years of HR Generalist or progressive HR experience
