This role supports core Human Resources functions including employee relations, recruitment, and overall HR operations within a collaborative and service‑oriented environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide employee relations support by answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding supervisors on HR practices
Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting positions, screening candidates, and supporting onboarding
Maintain accurate HR records and assist with daily HR operations, reporting, and policy compliance
Requirements:
Two or more years of HR generalist or related HR experience
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage confidential information responsibly
