We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support key human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and HR systems support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to partner effectively with employees and leadership across the organization.
Job Responsibility
Administer benefits, leaves, and FMLA
Handle employee relations matters and policy guidance
Lead onboarding and offboarding activities
Ensure compliance with employment laws
Maintain HRIS data and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
3–5 years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of employment law
