Job Responsibility:
Manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job advertisements and evaluating CVs to conducting active headhunting via LinkedIn to secure top talent
Coordinates the induction process for new hires and collaborates with external recruitment agencies to meet staffing needs
Analyzes annual training needs across all company units and organizes relevant educational programs, including the management of e-learning platforms
Evaluates training effectiveness by gathering feedback and generating comprehensive performance reports for HR leadership
Supports the development and implementation of human resource policies, acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding procedures and labor regulations
Administers the corporate medical insurance program, ensuring all staff are well-informed of their benefits and coverage
Promotes a positive workplace culture by resolving conflicts promptly, organizing team-building activities, and recommending perks to boost job satisfaction
Maintains accurate personnel records, tracking training hours and updating employee files to ensure internal and external compliance
Monitors industry trends and best practices to maximize the Human Employee Experience (HEX) and suggests internal transfers or motivational improvements
Requirements:
At least 2+ years of relevant experience
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability in conflict management
A dynamic and proactive personality with the confidence to take initiative and work independently
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Exceptional attention to detail and a reliable, trustworthy character
Collaborative mindset, functioning effectively both as an individual contributor and as a dedicated team member
Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree in Human Resources preferred as a strong asset
At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar HR role
Excellent command of the English language (both written and oral)
