This role will manage job requisitions from posting through hire and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed prior to candidate start dates. This role supports recruiting and talent acquisition efforts by posting and managing job requisitions, coordinating with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, and tracking candidate progress while maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system. The position also ensures all pre-employment steps—such as background checks, onboarding paperwork, and compliance requirements—are completed prior to candidate contact or start dates and assists with onboarding coordination as needed.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Minimum of one year of experience in a human resources role
Proven knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution techniques
Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices
Experience managing employee benefits and navigating related systems
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements
