The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing compliance with federal, state and local employment laws/regulations, leave of absence oversight, employee relations work, recruiting/interviewing new employees, processing workers compensation claims, responding to unemployment claims, assisting with payroll, as needed, HR projects and more!

Requirements:
3+ years of HR experience
Bilingual in Spanish
Skilled with Microsoft Excel and Word
Bachelor's Degree (highly preferred)
