Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a company on the Leeward side. This position will support the HR Manager in various human resources functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, and employee training. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding activities
Prepare and manage documentation for new employees and ensure smooth transitions during onboarding
Develop and implement training programs tailored to new employees to ensure their successful integration
Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction
Process semi-monthly payroll for over 50 employees with accuracy and timeliness
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Assist in the execution of special projects as directed by the HR Manager
Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR operations and implement solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of HR experience
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Minimum of 3 year of experience in payroll processing
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration
Proficiency in using HR systems and tools
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters
