HR Generalist

• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture
• Oversee onboarding activities to ensure new hires transition smoothly into their roles
• Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries regarding coverage and options
• Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll and other HR-related functions efficiently
• Support various HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping and compliance reporting
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and support to employees on workplace issues and career development
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards

• Proven experience in human resources administration, including onboarding and employee relations
• Proficiency in using HRIS platforms, with a strong preference for ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with managing benefits programs and resolving related issues
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Detail-oriented approach to managing HR records and processes
• Previous experience in a service-oriented industry is preferred
