We are looking for an experienced HR-Generalist to join a team in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. Job Responsibility:
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a supportive work environment
Oversee HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records and preparing reports
Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization
Administer employee benefits programs, providing guidance and resolving issues as needed
Utilize HRIS systems to manage and analyze human resources data efficiently
Support hiring managers with recruitment activities, including job postings and candidate selection
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skills and organizational development
Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
Requirements:
Previous experience in a human resources role, preferably as an HR Generalist
Strong knowledge of employee relations and best practices
Proficiency in HRIS systems and the ability to analyze HR data
Familiarity with onboarding processes and benefits administration
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
