Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Manage all HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, performance reviews, and compliance
Automate key HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the organization
Build scalable HR infrastructure to support the rapid growth of the company
Oversee HR administration across various jurisdictions and manage payroll and compensation data
Support performance management and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle
Utilize HR analytics to improve reporting and decision-making
Implement automation tools using HRM, ATS, and Jira for effective workflow management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Generalist HR role
Proven track record of managing HR processes and administration
Strong familiarity with HR analytics and automation technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of labor laws across various jurisdictions
Fluency in Russian
Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) English is required
Experience with ATS/HRM systems and Jira
