Job Responsibility:
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a supportive workplace culture
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization
Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies
Maintain and manage HRIS systems to streamline HR operations and data management
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Conduct investigations and resolve workplace issues in a fair and timely manner
Collaborate with teams to identify and address training and development needs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records
Participate in strategic HR planning to align with organizational goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
Strong knowledge of human resources administration and processes
Familiarity with onboarding procedures and best practices
Expertise in managing employee benefits programs
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and systems
Solid understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
