Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist for a role located in Camden, South Carolina. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in payroll, employee relations, recruiting, and benefits administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibility:

Address employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to resolve workplace concerns
Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees understand and access their benefits effectively
Facilitate onboarding programs to welcome new hires and integrate them into the company culture
Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data management
Develop and implement HR policies that align with organizational goals and compliance standards
Provide training and development opportunities to support employee growth and retention
Collaborate with leadership to enhance workplace strategies and improve employee satisfaction
Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to support decision-making processes

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources roles
Proficiency in payroll management and benefits administration
Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and conflict resolution
Experience with recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
Familiarity with onboarding procedures and fostering a positive employee experience
Skilled in using HRIS platforms for data management and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
