Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is integral to supporting our workforce by managing key human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training initiatives. Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the full cycle of talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for new hires
  • Provide support for employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions as needed
  • Coordinate and administer benefit programs, maintain electronic employee records, and manage data metrics to support HR operations
  • Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as performance management, diversity, and workplace productivity
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures related to labor relations, compensation, safety, and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with management to plan, evaluate, and enhance HR strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Monitor and manage site absentee programs, ensuring proper follow-up and disciplinary actions in partnership with supervisors
  • Execute bi-weekly salaried payroll processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support affirmative action planning and compliance efforts to promote diversity and equality within the workplace
  • Analyze feedback and develop strategies to balance employee needs with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in human resources roles, with a focus on employee relations and HR administration
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent skills in talent acquisition, including recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) for data management and reporting
  • Ability to design and conduct training programs on various HR-related topics
  • Proficiency in managing benefit functions and payroll administration
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee matters, including conflict resolution and investigations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with employees and management effectively
