We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace environment. Job Responsibility:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition and strong initial engagement
Administer payroll processes with accuracy and efficiency, addressing employee inquiries and maintaining compliance with regulations
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies that align with organizational values and legal requirements
Serve as an advisor to employees, providing guidance and support to enhance retention and workplace satisfaction
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while implementing best HR practices
Perform general office administrative duties, including managing files, ordering supplies, and scheduling activities
Partner with management to oversee performance reviews and provide guidance on detail-oriented development initiatives
Utilize HR software systems, including ADP, to streamline processes and maintain accurate employee records
Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and contribute to strategic HR planning
Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of HR practices with company goals
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in HR, with expertise in onboarding, payroll, and administrative tasks
Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software, particularly ADP
Strong knowledge of employee relations and benefits administration
Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
