We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Urbandale, Iowa. In this Contract to permanent role, you will support a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key HR initiatives and collaborate with leadership to drive organizational success.
Job Responsibility:
Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring decisions
Oversee onboarding activities to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the organization
Monitor compliance with HR policies and regulations, ensuring adherence to organizational standards
Address employee relations concerns by providing guidance and resolving workplace issues
Assist in administering benefits programs and addressing employee inquiries regarding benefits
Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee data and generate reports as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
Proficiency in HRIS systems and ability to manage employee data effectively
Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding processes
Familiarity with benefits administration and compliance standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations
Demonstrated ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
