Act as a day-to-day HR resource for employees and managers, offering guidance on policies, procedures, and employee-related matters
Lead and support the performance management process, including goal alignment, anniversary-based reviews, feedback conversations, documentation, and development planning
Partner with hiring managers to support the recruitment lifecycle by assisting with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities
Provide support with benefits administration, including open enrollment activities, employee inquiries, and coordination with payroll and external benefits partners
Ensure HR compliance by maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with audits and reporting, and supporting updates to HR policies and the employee handbook
Assist with employee relations matters by helping address concerns, supporting investigations, and promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace
Contribute to HR initiatives and process improvements that align people practices with business objectives
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a broad HR generalist role
Previous experience in building out a performance management program within an HRIS system is required
Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding efforts
Exposure to benefits administration and vendor coordination
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively coach and support leaders
Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Nice to have
Experience using Paycom or a similar HRIS platform preferred
