We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of human resources, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR systems management. Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive support in employee relations to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment
Oversee onboarding processes to guarantee a smooth transition for new hires into the organization
Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing of enrollments and changes
Manage and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient reporting
Process payroll using ADP systems, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner
Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and resolving issues as needed
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Assist in the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and documentation
Support various HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
Requirements:
Proven experience in employee relations and HR administration
Strong knowledge of onboarding procedures and best practices
Familiarity with administering employee benefits programs
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and data management
Proficiency in payroll processing, particularly with ADP systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards
