In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of human resources, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR systems management. Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive support in employee relations to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment
  • Oversee onboarding processes to guarantee a smooth transition for new hires into the organization
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing of enrollments and changes
  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient reporting
  • Process payroll using ADP systems, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and resolving issues as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Requirements
