We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking an HR Generalist to join their team in a hands-on, operational HR role supporting multiple locations. This role will begin as contract with the opportunity to move to permanent.
Job Responsibility
Partner with managers on employee relations matters and workplace concerns
Support performance management processes including PIPs and employee coaching conversations
Manage HR support for a large hourly employee population
Handle ADA accommodations and related documentation/processes
Coordinate onboarding and support a positive new hire experience
Maintain employee records and HR data within Paylocity
Respond to employee and manager HR questions regarding policies, procedures, and compliance
Assist with investigations, documentation, and general HR operations
Support recruiting coordination and other HR administrative functions as needed
Requirements
5+ years of related HR experience
Strong employee relations experience required
Experience supporting hourly employee populations
Prior exposure to ADA accommodations and compliance related HR work
Experience partnering with managers on performance management issues
HRIS experience required
Paylocity preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable in a fast paced, high-touch operational environment
