We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Austin, Texas, on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting various human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. Job Responsibility:
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues to maintain a positive work environment
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition and are equipped with the necessary tools and information
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and addressing inquiries
Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes
Coordinate full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing offers
Provide support for HR administrative tasks, including compliance documentation and policy updates
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies to align with organizational goals
Collaborate with management to identify and address workforce needs
Conduct training sessions and workshops to encourage attention to detail and growth within the organization
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards through regular monitoring and reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience in employee relations and resolving workplace issues
Strong knowledge of HR administration, including policies and procedures
Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices
Experience in managing employee benefits programs
Proficiency in HRIS systems for data management and reporting
Skilled in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management
Ability to stay updated on labor laws and ensure organizational compliance
