Job Responsibility:
Serve as a go-to HR resource for employees and managers
Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and HR paperwork
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Support performance management, training, and HR projects
Requirements:
Previous HR Generalist or HR support experience
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with HR systems and Microsoft Office
Organized, approachable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
