We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas. Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily human resources operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interview coordination, and onboarding of new team members
  • Assist in creating, updating, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
  • Handle benefit administration tasks such as enrollments, terminations, and addressing employee inquiries
  • Maintain accurate employee records using the HRIS system and ensure data integrity
  • Provide employees with guidance on HR-related matters, including policy clarification, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns
  • Support performance management processes by assisting managers with evaluations, feedback, and disciplinary actions
  • Organize and promote employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and training opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to human resources practices
  • Assist with HR audits, reporting, and other assigned projects as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in employee relations and HR administration
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including onboarding and candidate management
  • Familiarity with benefit functions, including enrollments and terminations
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems for managing employee data
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle employee concerns effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in coordinating employee engagement and training initiatives is a plus
