We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas. Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily human resources operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interview coordination, and onboarding of new team members
Assist in creating, updating, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
Handle benefit administration tasks such as enrollments, terminations, and addressing employee inquiries
Maintain accurate employee records using the HRIS system and ensure data integrity
Provide employees with guidance on HR-related matters, including policy clarification, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns
Support performance management processes by assisting managers with evaluations, feedback, and disciplinary actions
Organize and promote employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and training opportunities
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to human resources practices
Assist with HR audits, reporting, and other assigned projects as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in employee relations and HR administration
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including onboarding and candidate management
Familiarity with benefit functions, including enrollments and terminations
Proficiency in using HRIS systems for managing employee data
Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle employee concerns effectively
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
Experience in coordinating employee engagement and training initiatives is a plus
