Employee Lifecycle Management: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for employee queries regarding total rewards, benefits, and payroll
Operational Compliance: Maintain the integrity of employee records and HR systems, ensuring all internal policies align with the latest employment legislation
Strategic HR Projects: Contribute to special initiatives involving market research, program development, and executive-level presentations
Professional Offboarding: Facilitate structured exit interviews and manage the offboarding lifecycle to maintain brand reputation
Requirements:
Typically requires 2+ years of progressive HR experience
