Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required
3–5+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong employee relations experience
Solid knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and influence across all levels of the organization
