We are looking for an experienced HR-Generalist to join our team in Fargo. This role is essential in supporting various human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of HR systems to ensure seamless operations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the organization
Administer and monitor employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and providing support as needed
Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring accurate data and effective system usage
Collaborate with managers and employees to implement HR policies and procedures across the organization
Provide guidance and assistance with HR-related matters, including performance management and workforce planning
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
Prepare reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and improve processes
Coordinate training sessions and development initiatives focused on attention to detail for employees
Utilize PeopleSoft and other systems to manage employee information and streamline HR functions
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
Proficiency in HRIS systems, with a preference for experience using PeopleSoft
Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR administration practices
Experience managing onboarding processes and employee benefits programs
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management
Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support HR operations
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
