Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to support a collaborative and high-performing work environment, driving workforce engagement and organizational growth.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and resolving workplace issues
Administer onboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll support, and exit processes
Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communications
Advise managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Coordinate training and professional development initiatives
Assist with performance management processes and annual reviews
Support compensation and benefits administration, responding to employee requests
Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
Stay up to date on employment laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of HR generalist experience preferred
Familiarity with federal and state employment law
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
able to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated confidentiality and professionalism
Experience in financial services or a similar industry is an asset
Proven experience in human resources administration, including payroll and benefits management
Familiarity with HRIS systems and the ability to maintain accurate employee records
Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and employee integration strategies
Experience managing full-cycle payroll operations with attention to detail
Understanding of employee relations practices and the ability to resolve workplace concerns
Proficiency in HR policies and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple HR tasks
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and adapt to dynamic work environments
Nice to have:
