We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a key part in managing various human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. Job Responsibility:
Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting an inclusive work environment
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and addressing inquiries
Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records and compliance with policies
Utilize HRIS platforms to manage data, generate reports, and streamline workflows
Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies and initiatives
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR activities
Assist with performance management and development initiatives
Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely responses
Requirements:
Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
Strong knowledge of human resources administration and best practices
Familiarity with onboarding procedures and strategies
Expertise in administering employee benefits programs
Proficiency in using HRIS platforms for data management and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
