We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR specialist with strong attention to detail to contribute to a dynamic organization. The role involves managing a range of human resources functions, supporting compliance initiatives, and enhancing employee relations.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate administration and compliance
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace environment
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including FMLA and other applicable policies
Utilize HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Paycor to maintain records and streamline processes
Support recruitment efforts by managing applicant tracking systems and conducting interviews
Facilitate onboarding and training for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
Assist in payroll processing and related financial functions to maintain accuracy
Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals and growth
Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning and succession planning needs
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources roles with a focus on compliance and employee relations
Proficiency in HR software, including ADP Workforce Now, Paycor, and Ceridian Dayforce
Strong knowledge of labor laws, including FMLA regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and leadership
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with benefits administration and payroll processing
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
5+ years’ experience in human resources required
PHR, SPHR or other HR certification required
