We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our manufacturing team in Fridley, Minnesota. In this role, you will provide critical support across key human resources functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation management, and organizational development. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support staffing efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to fill organizational needs
Develop and implement employee and leadership development programs to enhance performance and support growth
Provide guidance on performance management processes, behavioral corrections, and employee development plans
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Conduct compensation research, pay surveys, and advise leadership on salary, benefits, and rewards strategies
Address employee relations issues by collaborating with managers and supervisors for timely resolution
Oversee the creation, evaluation, and regular updates of job descriptions and career paths
Coordinate employee benefits programs and assist with inquiries related to payroll, compensation, and benefits
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve HR practices and employee satisfaction
Manage HR procedures, including corporate compliance programs and reporting requirements
Requirements:
2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar
Bachelors Degree in HR, Business, or related is preferred, but not required
Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR administration processes
Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as Dayforce, and familiarity with payroll and benefits administration
Understanding of OSHA and FMLA regulations to ensure compliance
Experience in compensation analysis and administration
Ability to maintain and update employee handbooks and related documentation
Proven skills in corporate recruiting and onboarding processes
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to address complex HR concerns
Familiarity with coordinating benefit functions and managing employee assistance programs
